Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StopWise (the "Service"), a service of TheAppsGalore, operated by eServices n Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Credits & Refund Policy.
1. The Service
StopWise helps you plan routes and discover business listings along them, using public map data from third-party providers including the Google Maps Platform. Results are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, verify your email address, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Credits & billing
Use of paid features consumes credits. Credit purchases, consumption, expiry, and refunds are governed by our Credits & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Credits are a license to use the Service, have no cash value, and are consumed the moment an action runs.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted; (b) access the Service by automated means or attempt to exceed or circumvent usage limits or credit metering; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights, including the terms of underlying map providers; or (d) interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
5. Third-party data & providers
Listing and mapping data is owned by its respective providers and subject to their terms. Your use of any exported data must comply with those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party data or services.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or fit for any decision you make.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StopWise and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or USD 50.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or a payment dispute. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends and unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Dispute resolution
You agree to first contact us to resolve any dispute informally. Where permitted by law, any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
