This Privacy Policy explains what information StopWise — a service of TheAppsGalore, operated by eServices n Tech LLC ("we", "us") — collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
eServices n Tech LLC operates several services across the TheAppsGalore family. This policy covers StopWise (trip.theappsgalore.com) only; other services have their own policies. We do not combine your StopWise data with data from those services except as needed for billing, fraud prevention, and support.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and account/company name.
- Usage data — the routes you plan (start and end points, filters, settings), searches you run, credits granted and spent, and timestamps. We keep an audit ledger of credit transactions.
- Payment data — when you buy credits, payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as a payment reference and status.
- Technical data — IP address, device/browser information, and log data, used for security and to operate the Service.
2. How we use it
- To provide and operate the Service, including running searches and metering credits.
- To process payments and maintain billing and transaction records.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To communicate with you about your account, receipts, and service updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes (including responding to payment disputes).
3. Third parties
We share data with service providers that help us run StopWise, including mapping/data providers (such as the Google Maps Platform) to fulfil your searches, Stripe as our payment processor (card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never stored by us), and hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Cached third-party listing details are retained for a limited window (about 25 days after a paid search) and then expire.
5. Your choices
You may access or update your profile in your account, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some records (such as billing and transaction logs) may be retained where required by law. Depending on your location you may have additional rights over your personal data.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes here with a new "last updated" date.
